What a fun list! I’ve been meaning to try a Puff and Pencil pattern for a while - have you sewn anything from them before?

I am more than a little obsessed with sewing my own clothes. I think I need to make the Archer Work Pant! I will tell you that my favorite pattern is the Friday Pattern Company Ilford Jacket. I've made it three times and am nowhere near done with it. The last thing I made was the free belt bag pattern from Core Fabrics. It comes in two sizes and I made both of them, and they both make me so happy. It's the perfect small bag.

It's really the pattern that got my garment sewing ball rolling, because I wanted a chore coat, but couldn't find one I liked that was also affordable. I love the Archer Work Pant but after looking at it more, I fear the shape of it (which is so cool!) would look terrible on me. I have my first pair of Sew House Seven Free Range Slacks cut out and hope to sew it together this weekend. I've also made the Sew Liberated Chanterelle Pants and love those in theory, though I need to adjust some things in order to make them the way I want them to be (I did make the shorts version of those this summer and wore them pretty much every day).

It's all about adjusting patterns so they fit our bodies better! So much freedom with sewing. I'll check out that pants pattern!
